My friend and I have been unable to come to an amicable conclusion on the matter of what part of the dosé is the masala?
a. Is it the red-pasty chutney made of garlic/chili and onion applied on the inside? b. Or is it the potato palya stuffed in the center?
As sons of the soil where the humble masala dosé was invented, what do you think?
